Glendale Arts Programming Fund

The Programming Fund provides Rental Relief and other support to Resident Companies and non-profit organizations performing at the Alex Theatre. The funding provides opportunities as a means to share their work, in turn creating a ripple effect that brings joy to arts enthusiasts, drives customers to Glendale-based businesses, and enlivens the City’s Arts & Entertainment District.

In 2018-2019, Glendale Arts underwrote $180,000 in rental assistance so non-profit organizations like Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles, Musical Theatre Guild, Alex Film Society, Glendale Youth Orchestra, and Los Angeles Ballet could perform on our stage. You contribution provides the opportunity to bring quality and affordable arts programming to the Alex.
