The City of Glendale is proud to present the 2018 Armenian Genocide Commemorative Event. The Commemoration honors the lives of 1.5 million men, women, and children who suffered and perished 103 years ago and serves as a reminder to young people of all ethnicities that such atrocities can be prevented if we work together to understand cultural differences and find acceptance.

Held once again at the historic Alex Theatre, this year’s event will feature many local musical and dance performances as well as appearances by distinguished guests and leaders from throughout the community.
