Grisha Asatryan is the grandson of legendary Armenian singer Aram Asatryan. Grisha started singing as a little boy, and at the age of 14, he has sold out major concert halls in Armenian and Russia. His concert on April 8 will be his first major concert in the United States. Grisha’s repertoire includes music in various genres, but his primary focus is on traditional Armenian folk music. Grisha is a passionate young Armenian who keeps the Armenian folk music alive among the generation of young Armenians who were born and raised outside of the Armenian motherland.
